All payment should made via PayPal.

❖ All paypal payment should be made through invoice method, paypal link or another method which you will receive from me. Payments sent directly to me will be refunded.
❖ Payments are due up front unless discussed otherwise.

❖ Payments are to be paid within 24 hours after your request has been accepted unless discussed otherwise.

❖ Once negotiation is completed and I start on your commission, I cannot refund you the full amount. This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission. Fully untouched status can have a full refund, however once I've started on the sketch and more, you will only be eligible for 75% or lesser refunded.
❖ Once the work is completed I cannot refund it.

ARTIST RULES

 

By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon. 

❖ I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission. No explanation necessary.
❖ I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects. Unless agreed upon.
❖ I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question. This includes if you did not follow the rules for said order.

COMMISSIONER RULES

 

The commissioner may upload the work done for you to your site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries. Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display. Feel free to proceed to Commercial Use page to learn more about using my art commercially.

❖ You retain the rights to the IP. 
❖ You may not claim the work to be your own, edit or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial unless agreed upon.
❖ You may resell it for the price you purchased it with. As long as it's not for reproduction such as prints, t-shirts, mugs, charms, etc.
❖ If you are not sure whether your request counts as personal, feel free to ask me about its intended use.

PROCEDURE

Preface. Understand that Syunthia is not working with only your priorities in mind. They will take steps that are time consuming and slow. Please do not commission them if you are looking for fast and timely work.

❖ After payment is received: I draw depending on your commission type. 
❖ I do not accept "description only" commissions unless for custom design. You must have at least one visual reference otherwise.

❖ I am able to do "partial designing" such as you providing images detailing what you would like for said character.
❖ I will send you the sketch for approval before working on the final art piece.
❖ When shown the sketch for full color commissions, do note that you may request any changes necessary; including asking for a new pose completely if you wish to. However, I have the rights to reject continuing the commission if I feel I am not good enough to meet your target. 
❖ Please be clear and concise in your description of the change. You can use other works and photos you like as references for the changes.

❖ You may request up to 5 times of the changes for free. Any more and there will be extra charges.
❖ Anything that needs to be fixed on my mistake, as it was on your reference(s) and I missed it, will always be fixed for free without limit.
❖ A full size image with my signature will be given once completed [For Illustrations].
